• Bubble Lab Session : 60 minutes wet room + 30 minutes open play area
• Toddler Session : 45 minutes wet room + 45 minutes open play area
• Open Play Session : 90 minutes open play area

Tuesday to Sunday      : 10 – 5.30pm

(Monday off except for Public Holiday / School Holiday)

General Safety Guidelines

• CCTV Monitoring: CCTV is installed throughout the venue for safety and theft prevention.
• Food & Drinks: Allowed only in the dining area. Strictly no food or drinks in the play area.
• Parental Supervision: A parent/guardian must actively supervise their child(ren) at open play area. Bloom & Bare is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence.
• No Childcare Services: Bloom & Bare and its staff do not provide childcare or drop-off services. Any unsupervised child may be reported to the authorities for safety reasons.
• Own Risk Notice: Use of our facilities is at your own risk. While we take reasonable steps to maintain a safe and clean environment, Bloom & Bare and its team are not liable for:
  1. Injuries or accidents
  2. Misuse of equipment/facilities
  3. Lack of supervision
  4. Failure to follow staff instructions or posted rules
• Indemnity Agreement: By entering, guardians agree to indemnify and hold Bloom & Bare and its team harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from negligence or non-compliance.
• Rule Enforcement: Guests who violate rules or disregard safety instructions may be asked to leave.
• Implied Acceptance: Entry to the premises constitutes implied acceptance of this policy.

Bubble Lab Session

• Advance booking via https://bloomandbare.co/
• Recommended age group: 3 – 10 years old, children to go in wet room with facilitator, guardians are not allowed in wet room.
• Please come 10 minutes before your scheduled session, session will start on time.
• Guardian to prepare:

1. 1. Waterproof coveralls or swimming suit for easy cleaning
   2. Googles (optional)
   3. Towel
   4. Extra set of clothing for changing
   5. Waterproof bag to keep wet clothing

• Children must be accompanied by at least one guardian throughout the session (outside wet room).
• Children have 30 minutes of free play time at open play area after 60 minutes of wet room session.
• Guardian or companion (applicable to 2 years old & above) must order ONE drink per pax or pay RM 10 for entrance (pay at counter).

Toddler Session

• Advance booking via https://bloomandbare.co/
• Recommended age group: 1.5 – 3 years old, children to go in wet room with facilitator, one guardian may go in wet room.
• Please come 10 minutes before your scheduled session, session will start on time.
• Guardian to prepare:
1. Waterproof coveralls or swimming suit for easy cleaning
2. Googles (optional)
3. Towel
4. Extra set of clothing for changing
5. Waterproof bag to keep wet clothing
• Toddlers must be accompanied by at least one guardian throughout the session (inside or outside wet room).
• Toddlers have 45 minutes of free play time at open play area after 45 minutes of wet room session.
• Guardian or companion (applicable to 2 years old & above) must order ONE drink per pax or pay RM 10 for entrance (pay at counter).

Open Play Session

• NO advance booking required, only walk in accepted (you may WhatsApp us to check on availability before coming https://wa.link/tlozt0).
• Children must be accompanied by at least one guardian throughout the play time.
• Children and guardian / companion (applicable to 2 years old & above) must order ONE drink per pax or pay RM 10 for entrance.
• Children have 90 minutes play time at open play area.
